Snow showers ended by the midday hour as the low pressure system slid out of the area, leaving us with bitterly cold conditions to start the new work week. Through the afternoon, temperatures will remain bitterly cold, only reaching the teens and 20s with partly to mostly cloudy skies.

After Monday, more sunshine is expected the rest of the week with warmer weather. Temperatures should reach around 40° on Tuesday before climbing to the lower 50s Wednesday and Thursday and then near 60° by next Friday. Other than some clouds possible on Wednesday night into Thursday, we should have sunshine through the end of the weekend as we warm nicely.
