Friday Forecast: Sunshine and mild weather for Friday and into the weekend

NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (KNOP) - The weather pattern over the next week will be very unseasonable as temperatures will generally remain well above average with another pretty good run of dry weather heading our way over the next week.

Into Friday, more sunshine is expected across the area with temperatures climbing to the upper 50s and maybe even lower 60s across the area with a light northwest wind at 10 to 15 MPH.

Not much changes into the upcoming weekend as temperatures will stay above average in the 50s for most of the area with plenty of sunshine.

By late next week, temperatures look to cool back a bit into the 40s for Thursday and Friday.
