NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (KNOP) - Several classic cars aligned the hallways of the Platte River Mall in North Platte as the Flatlander Car Club Show makes its return after skipping their 2020 showcase due to the pandemic. The organization is still unsure if they will hold the event again.

“We’ve got 16 cars out here,” says Chuck Johnson of the Flatbender Car Club. “All different varieties. From 1920′s up to ’63 Chevys. A lot of different varieties for people need to come out and look at.”

The event runs both Saturday and Sunday at the Platte River Mall from 10 am through 6 pm.

Folks are welcomed to join the Flatlander Car Club. The cost is $12 annually and anyone interested is encouraged to join. All fans are welcome and owning a classic car is not a requirement.
