North Platte attorney suspended from practice for 45 days
A North Platte attorney is suspended for the next month by the office of the Counsel for Discipline of the Nebraska Supreme Court.
According to court records, Martin Troshynski violated the oath of office as an attorney licensed to practice law in Nebraska. Troshynski was suspended for 45-day effective August 17th.
The violations are connected to two cases. One instance included automobile collision case. The other was a personal injury case.
Records say he did not provide discovery evidence he was required to and that he did not show up at a hearing.
Troshinksy says he was dealing with treatment from stage three Melanoma and he was dealing with side effects from the treatment,.
Troshinsky has been in practice for 27-years.
